requirment.

The tester you've mentioned about, KT-5000PiD stands for the electric hipot & insulation test between 2 isolated materials whether they can endure the high voltage or not and measures the insulation resistance.

And I guess the test instrument your are looking for is a kind of tester that
measures the thermal conductivity of some materials.

Our hipot & insulation tester applies high voltage to the product-under-test,
and checks the leakage current and measures the insulation resistance, and judges the product to be good or bad.

So the tester is not related to any beams, for example, X-ray, or laser.
