I have two questions:

For surge testing with this tester on a 3-phase motor, what is the voltage rise time for 0-1000 volts?

What voltage do you recommend as the best teting voltage?

Motor application information:
High volume production of new motors.  This is a stepper motor application with 3 phases with 3 coils of 32 windings each using copper wires of 23 AWG with heavy build polymide insulation.  The phase resistance is 0.43 +/- 0.02 ohms.
