Question 1 :the H.V in(out) is 0 when the put voltage in the front panel is 1.8KV,and i donot think it's normal.
Question 2 is for the motor test system KT-5000PD puncture tester.When the chinese expert checked it's performance with professional instrument,the current values are very different between the two equipments(the instrument in the tester and in the Chinese testing instrument),however,the values are nearly the same when the stator tester being tested.Looking forwards to your answer.Tank you !
