Q 1, If the meter on the pront panel indicates the voltage is 1.8 kV, the system or the controller may cut the circuit from the pucture tester to the
product-under-test.

So, if you want to check the puncture tester exactly, you have to remove the
puncture tester alone from the system first, and check it.

It means if the test system with the highpot tester works well, there's
no problem.

Q 2, Before the puncture tester model KT-5000PD is packed to send, it is
calibrated the voltage and leakage current under the rule of ISO 17025,
abd it certifies.

And if the values of our product is different from other instruments,
we can not sure which is right untill you compare our product that is seperated alone from the test system and test jig.

because the current value that displayed on the panel meter of the tester
includes the idling current even if there's no product connected to
the jig, some of current value shall be displayed.

So finally, daer Micheal, I think there's no fault with the test system yet.
